What is the recruitment audit?

Our thorough audit service will document all temporary staff (including interim or contract) with all associated current and future costs, including risk implications, examining all pay and bill rates and associated margins and an assessment of your contract terms.

The independent audit results will also identify recommendations where possible savings could be made, advice on compliance and risk reductions to the company and the employees' rights, and streamlined contracts and rates which are benchmarked against regional averages.

What does this cost?

The audit charge will vary depending on the scale of the organisation and the scope of the project. In addition to the compliance improvements resulting from our audits, we save our clients an average of 30% on their contract fees and the return on their audit investment is achieved within the first month.  We are happy to provide you with a no obligation quote.
