48 hour trial terms

  1. The 48 hour trial is based on the first two days on site, from the day the contract starts.
  2. A full job spec must be given to Vine Resources and we must be informed that you wish to take up the offer when providing us with the job spec to qualify. A job form template is available on request.
  3. This offer is subject to a 12-week minimum contract being available at the point of the job request being provided to Vine Resources.
  4. If the supplied contractor has not met the expectations of the requirement and Vine Resources are informed within the first 48 hours in writing, including the reason or reasons why (via email) you will not be charged for the first 48 hours/two days.
  5. Vine Resources reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.

100 days,100% placement fee guarantee

  1. This guarantee applies to the provision of permanent placements.
  2. 100 days 100% means that where Vine Resources has supplied a permanent hire that ends during the first 100 days; 100% of the fee will be rebated subject to satisfactory conditions.
  3. The company legally terminates the employment of the new employee placed by Vine Resources Ltd within 100 days.
  4. The candidate leaves of their own accord within 100 days.
  5. This guarantee does not extend to redundancy.
  6. This guarantee is subject to invoices being settled within the 14-day payment terms and where payment remains unsettled within payment terms this rebate will be void.
  7. Vine Resources Ltd reserves the right to change any part at any time the rates and charges and discounting period for this discount

Contractor refund

  1. This guarantee applies to the provision of contract placements only and when this offer is available
  2. Vine Resources Ltd will guarantee a full refund for the first week worked for any contract placement which the Client deems provided an unsatisfactory level of service.
  3. This guarantee is not applicable should a contract be terminated early due to a change to project requirements which impact the necessity for a contract resource.
  4. This offer extends for a period of 1 week or 7 working days from the commencement of an agreed project start date.
  5. This offer is subject to all parties signing and returning contracts prior to the commencement of the project.
  6. Vine Resources must be provided with a full project brief and job description prior to engagement.

Prize draw terms

  1. The competition is being run by Vine Resources. By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these rules, terms and conditions.
  2. Employees of Vine Resources, or its affiliated companies, are not eligible to apply.
  3. The prize draw can be entered by completing the above form.
  4. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries by any individual will result in disqualification from the competition.
  5. This competition will close on the 24th September 2009. All entries must be submitted by the closing date. The Draw will take place on the dates indicated above. The winner will be picked at random from the valid entries received. The Winner will be notified by email on the dates indicated above. Details of the prize winner can be obtained by sending an SAE to 1 Royal Exchange Avenue, London, EC3V 3LT within 10 days of the draw date.
  6. The results of the competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  7. Vine Resources accepts no responsibility for any defects, losses, or injuries arising from prizes.
  8. The winner will be responsible for any additional costs incurred in taking advantage of their prize.

Refer a friend terms

  1. The referee is eligible for a £50 referral Virgin Voucher if the referred person is placed in a contract/temporary position through Vine Resources.
  2. The referee is eligible for a £200 referral Virgin Voucher if the referred person is placed in a permanent position through Vine Resources.
  3. The referred person must commence their contract/temporary assignment or permanent position at a Vine Resources client within four months of you referring them to Vine Resources, otherwise you will not eligible for the referral gift.
  4. The referred party must complete two weeks of their contract/temporary assignment through Vine resources before the referrer is eligible to receive the specified gift.
  5. The referred party must complete 12 weeks of their permanent employment before the referrer is eligible to receive the specified gift.
  6. In the event of Vine Resources being unable to purchase the Virgin Vouchers a suitable alternative will be made available.
  7. The referred person must be notified and have consented to their details being passed to Vine Resources for our referral scheme before the date of the referral. This is the responsibility of the referee and is subject to the Data Protection Act 1998. The referee will indemnify Vine Resources for any loss or claim arising out of the referee's failure to procure such consent.
  8. Candidates can only be referred to Vine Resources once. In the event that a candidate is referred to Vine Resources more than once, only the first person to refer that candidate to Vine Resources (with the referred person's permission) will be eligible for a referral gift under this referral scheme.
  9. It is the referee's responsibility to contact their Vine Resources' consultant in order to claim their referral gift.
  10. The referee agrees that Vine Resources will not be held liable for any loss or claim arising out of any experience taken with the Virgin Voucher and that the referee exercises such vouchers or experiences wholly at their own risk.
