Aside from our Account Management team who work across more generic technical recruitment for contractors working in a more customer-centric PSL delivery model, we also have consultants who specialise in niche markets.  These consultants spend time understanding particular niche markets and building long-term relationships with candidates skilled in these areas.  These consultants will attend industry conferences, forums, webinars, networking events and find candidates not easily assessable on the open market, keeping in touch on a regular basis with the ability to provide the right resources fast.
