We have a clear development plan for recruiters with training provided to help them to achieve their goals. When new the the company we undergo an appraisal at 3 months, 6 months, 9 months and then every year with a full 360 feedback from the entire company and put together an agreed objectives documents to help you get to your next goal.
We also have various training course which are available to all staff as well as our new future leaders programme for those who wish to fast track through the business.
