Why your feedback counts
In early 2018, we decided to implement the Feefo feedback platform for the candidates we represent to our customers. Each month we send out a review request to all candidates we have sent to our customers in the previous months whether it results in an interview/placement or not.
We wanted to ensure we are giving our candidates the best level of service possible and to improve where we can internal.
Whether the feedback is positive or negative, we will use it to look to improve our service and ensure we are training our recruiters to focus on exceptional candidate care. The feedback we receive forms part of their monthly review with each member of our recruitment team so we can continue to make improvements.
There are a lot of factors outside of our control when it comes to recruiting and we don't have a magic wand to ensure all our candidates who we represent to our customers get an interview or a new role, but we can help ensure we give a good service whether it results in an interview/placement or not.
