Stellantis

Stellantis is a leading global automaker with brands including Jeep, Chrysler, Citroen, Fiat and Vauxhall. 

It has a large number of different brands, with different technologies and systems, with a large number of legacy applications both internally and externally, to support its dealer networks across its brands. 

The systems (which include CRM and dealer information and cloud computing applications) need to be integrated, and up to date, and that information is available in real-time. They also have a centralised approach to managing technology transformation projects, and a common technology roadmap, whilst maintaining business as usual. 

The challenge is to find the right resources to support their complex technology needs on both an ongoing and ad hoc basis.

The solution

Vine Resources has been working with Stellantis for more than 6 years across multiple parts of the business providing skilled contractors quickly, to help them perform on-time project delivery. Roles typically include developers, project managers, project coordinators and analysts to support the technology transformation of their platforms and systems and troubleshoot issues in the business as usual environment.
