Once retained by you we will set up a discovery video call to go through our proven methods of search, whilst agreeing on the timelines we need to work to meet the business objectives. We charge an initial partnership fee when we are engaged by you on the search with the remainder of fee payable on the start date.  For a full copy of our terms please contact us.


We will aim to work to your deadlines for the shortlist but typically this will be around 2 weeks.  As part of the process, we will provide a shortlist of candidates with a short video introduction for each candidate as well as a copy of their up to date profile and an introduction about each candidate to help speed the selection process.
