Manage the successful transition of business change arising from the strategic transformation programmes to implementation into operational areas. Define and secure the delivery of the programme outcomes and benefits.
Size of the programs: between 5,000,000 EUR to 10,000,000 EUR
*Obtain assurance that the delivery of new services and / or capabilities is compatible with the realization of anticipated benefits;
*Work with the program manager to ensure that the work of the program, including the scope of each project, covers the necessary aspects required to deliver the services and / or capabilities that will lead to benefits;
*Identify, define and track the benefits and outcomes required of the programme;
*Establish and implement the mechanisms by which benefits can be delivered and measured;
*Communicate with staff affected by change to maintain morale and support for change;
*Manage the transition of change in the business. Work with operational managers to embed changes within the business. Identify what changes in processes, procedures and practices are needed to achieve change and deliver the planned benefits;
*Measure and monitor the business KPIs affected by change. Identify the impact on KPIs of change and what this will mean for BAU. Agree with Senior Managers the deviation allowed in performance whilst changes are taking place. Giving a view on whether a product is fit for purpose and can be implemented within the business. Recommend whether to proceed or stop with transition.
*Fluency in Dutch and / or French, with proficient business English;
*Relevant professional experience, including minimum 5 years as business change manager or benefits manager;
*Strong knowledge in change management tools & techniques like ADKAR;
*Proven track record of successful realization of benefits in the frame of transformation;
*Relevant academic background (degree in business administration, commercial, engineering...) or equivalent by experience;
*Interpersonal skills (Communication, client management and negotiation skills, including fluency in foreign languages);
*Ability to lead and influence without formal & hierarchical authority;
*Strong communication and influencing skills;
*Stakeholder management capabilities, with regular exposure to c-level & middle-management level.
