Business Analyst - London - Change projects

The Change Delivery Team within is made up of Project Managers and Business Analysts, and has the following responsibilities.
*Ensuring the platform delivers quality products 'at pace' in a predictable and transparent manner
*Providing a single view of all change activities across the business area that's reliable and trusted
*Establishing the necessary change governance and controls to ensure the change roadmap is always aligned with the strategy and objectives, and that there aren't any surprises
*Establishing the necessary change framework, processes and tools; ensuring their adoption, and continually improving them
*Influencing the operating model of the business unit to ensure it's optimised for the effective delivery of change
*Freeing-up time for Product Owners to focus on their core capabilities of defining and designing great products, and managing the product in-life

As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for owning the definition, maintenance and successful delivery of scope and requirements for project(s); completing the following key tasks as required:
*Defining the end to end scope for the project; confirming what is in, and out, of scope for the project
*Ensuring the alignment of scope to the Vision Objectives Goals Strategy (VOGS) and KPIs
*Assisting stakeholders in production of business cases, defining clear & measureable benefits; linking these to the scope of the project
*Defining clear & unambiguous business requirements, business processes and/or customer journeys
*Defining agile use cases with a clear link to the business requirements
*Creating & maintaining a compliance matrix; providing traceability of scope throughout the project lifecycle
*Ensuring the alignment of other key project deliverables to the scope & requirements; e.g. high level architecture, solution design(s), user stories, UI/wireframes, test plans, business readiness & training materials etc
*Input into the definition, agreement and implementation of operational and service support models
*Providing feedback on test strategies/plans, and/or producing/running user acceptance tests
*Be the 'voice' of the project scope and requirements throughout the lifecycle of the project, and across multiple delivery teams to ensure consistency; representing the needs of all stakeholders

You will have experience on large complex projects, have significant IT and Business change projects experience.
A strong academic background, educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
A solid grasp of Business analysis methods and techniques
Change management and business/operational readiness
Microsoft Office suite of tools
Good written and verbal communications

Preferred experience:
Project management methods and techniques (e.g. stakeholder management, planning and dependency management, issue and risk management, budget and resource management etc)
Business case development
Legal experience: supplier contracts, statements of work etc
Microsoft Project
