Role
Business Analysis
Undertake and lead analysis work for the project
Create and manage the analysis plan and approach, utilising flexible and agile ways of working within agreed timescales, quality standards and budget
Provide analysis services at the initiation of projects including stakeholder identification, scope definition, benefit measures and operational impact assessments
Deliver or manage delivery of change analysis including:
Business requirements (gathering, analysis, sign off)
Impact assessments
Process maps
Stakeholder engagement and management
Implementation support
Working as a key member of the project team to deliver quality deliverables and create a collaborative working atmosphere that brings teams across the business together
Deputising for Project Manager and other members of the leadership team when required
Experience
Min 3 years experience as a Business Analyst working with operational business improvement programmes for Business Process (not IT)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills bringing a creative approach to solution finding
Working knowledge of the full project life cycle with practical experience in planning and analysis
Ability to adapt your analysis approach quickly in a flexible and agile environment
Experienced in requirements capture and analysis, and business process mapping
Strong stakeholder management skills; excellent relationship building skills with the ability to facilitate decision making and escalation of risk, with proven experience of facing off to director and exec level stakeholders.
An excellent understanding of the business processes and technologies associated with media organisations, specifically content scheduling and rights management.
Ability to operate in an agile environment, where requirements are met through iterative development and value is delivered at each stage.
