Your will be based in their UK office and will be required to travel extensively within Europe and potentially worldwide. You will be an experienced, entrepreneurial, ambitious and energetic consultant with approximately 10 years + experience in shaping and consulting on IT/business transformations from a business perspective.
You will offer solutions to clients' business issue and be responsible for their mid and long term business planning as a lead consultant. You will also carry the innovative spirit to design business solutions and business models for Global Telecom operators by collecting and analysing the first hand data and information and presenting solutions.
Finally, you will overlook the whole process and offer guidance to internal product design, leading pilot programmes and deliver the successful result from an end to end perspective.
*Hands on experience of providing forward-looking guidance in the area telecoms business programmes including any of the following: digital transformation, Omni Channel, Social CRM, Big data and customer experience within a telecoms environment.
*Defining, planning and executing digital transformation programmes for different clients with a good level of engagement up to C-level.
*Ability to apply strategy development, business architecture, operating model and road map skills to the process.
*Offering Transformation Consultancy service to clients including methodology, best practices, and the underlined tool sets as the main responsible person.
*Acting as the manager for leading the Business Transformation delivery work streams within the transformation programme. Leading the business analysis work stream to align programme scope to business objectives, conduct requirement definition for initiating vendor RFPs, and to manage architecture office to ensure project delivery to specification.
*Be responsible for designing and optimising the Enterprise Architecture (business process, application, technology, and data architecture disciplines) for the Telecom operator.
*Achieving internal organisation KPIs, in terms of business development, revenues, quality, customer satisfaction.
*Consultancy experience is a must.
*Technology experience is a must.
*Must have a University degree qualification (Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or Science), MBA as plus.
*10+ year's work experience in Telecom, or High-Tech (Digital) business.
*An Entrepreneurial spirit.
*Be a telecoms domain expert in at least one of the following: Marketing, Sales, Services, or IT.
*Expert in one of the following areas: Omni-Channel, customer Experience Journey Management, Product Lifecycle management, service-driven selling, Customer Engagement Improvements, Social CRM, Business case development and management for large transformation programme, and/ or Advanced Analytics.
*Be familiar in prescribing enterprise architecture for a large-scale CSP, including set up and execution guidance for operating model, business processes, organisational structure, application architecture, technology infrastructure architecture, change management and business migrations
*Strong communication skills to influence your team members, leaders, clients with a positive impact, admirable people management skill.
*Solid analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to analyse complex cases and provide relevant business recommendations
*Financial control skills over a large program, such as business case management, or ownership in a business unit's P/L.
