Job Description

My client requires a Change Manager experienced within Finance to support the integration into the group company of a business acquisition


*Building strong relationships with all stakeholders - shared service centre building relationships the to be process and who the global process owners/global design leads
*Understand the gaps (who it's done and the current process in new business and provide a gap analysis)
*Bringing that business process into the existing target operating model
*Understanding what is the current model and how will it look in 12 months (e.g. invoice dates for payments to be consistent on same dates)
*Making the process straight forward and easier for customers to pay
*Co-ordination of activities with the shared service centre to implement the change
*Engaging presentations to senior stakeholders Head of services centre and head of integration


*5 years plus experience as a Change Manager working within finance teams
*Sap and Oracle with 5 years' experience and strong process experience in all these areas including Order to cash, Record to report and Purchase to pay
*GPO and GDL processes understanding like back of hand is key
*Super organisational skills to delivery required documentation who is able to produce the documents themselves
*Experience work with key stakeholders and ability to do the leg work for them as required to get things done
*Exceptional personable, communication and presentation skills
*Experience of working within a finance shared service environment is a plus but not essential

You'll need to be available for face to face interviews in London week of 12th or 19th August.
