My client is one world leading ICT company with annual revenue in excess of 390 billion and over 160,000 employees.
Due to phenomenon increase of new projects, they require a Commercial Manager to help them to design commercial solutions for bidding projects and negotiate and review terms and conditions of (both sales and subcontracting) contracts.
*Design commercial solutions for bidding projects.
*Respond to commercial conditions of tenders and prepare other commercial documents.
*Calculate project costs and analyze commercial/legal/Delivery risks.
*Negotiate and review terms and conditions of (both sales and subcontracting) contracts.
*Support sales and product teams in identifying market opportunities and define appropriate strategy by providing commercial opinion.
*Risk management for project fulfillment.
*Handle contract amendments.
*Bachelor or higher degree in commerce, trade or law.
*Good knowledge in business low especially in Germany
*Experience of working with world leading IT or telecommunication companies will be desirable.
*At least 8 years experience in bidding commercial activities in a similar environment.
*Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
*Project fulfillment risk management background preferred.
*Good contract and business letter drafting skills.
*Financial/economic analysis experience preferred.
*Fluent in German is a must
*Must be eligible to work in the European Union to be considered for this position.
