How would you like to be responsible for putting together and to end commercial agreements for some of the biggest Telecoms operators in Europe with commercial agreements ranging in value between €10 million to €50 million? I'm looking for 2 Commercials Manager (one based in Bonn and the other in Dusseldorf) who will be working with enterprise customers in Germany. You'll be part of fantastic local team of around 8 experienced Commercial managers and your remit will be to design the commercial procurement solutions and commercial model as well as leading the negotiations, managing the risk during the fulfilment stage and decision support with the local team and global HQ.
*Design commercial solutions for bidding projects.
*Respond to commercial conditions of tenders and prepare other commercial documents.
*Calculate project costs and analyse commercial/legal/delivery risks.
*Negotiate and review terms and conditions of (both sales and subcontracting) contracts.
*Support sales and product teams in identifying market opportunities and define appropriate strategy by providing commercial opinion.
*Risk management for project fulfilment.
*Handle contract amendments.
*Help to provide legal consultancy of bidding.
*Help to confirm the contract with legal issues
You'll be an experienced Commercial manager working in a procurement team working into a fast moving industry such as finance, banking, Telecoms, Technology or similar with experience of managing complex commercial agreements.
*Bachelor or higher degree in commerce, trade or law.
*Known well in business law
*Experience of working with world leading IT or telecommunication companies will be desirable.
*At least 5-8 years' experience in bidding commercial activities in a similar environment.
*Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
*Project fulfilment risk management background preferred.
*Good contract and business letter drafting skills.
*Financial/economic analysis experience preferred.
*Fluency in German and English is essential.
*Must be eligible to work in the European Union to be considered for this position.
*Must be able to understand commercial agreements end to end (so from designing the commercial solutions and commercial model as well as leading the negotiations.. and managing risk)
