Based in Bonn, Germany, my client, as a world leading ICT company, just launched their new established office there and they are looking for a HR professional who can deliver exceptional recruitment performance.
You will enjoy the perks of working with HRD and HRBPs to develop an effective recruitment action plan that fill specific job openings within established timelines as a HR Manager. This opportunity will offer you the full life cycle recruiting experience from sourcing, presentation, selection, negotiation to closing of candidates. Effective communication is your key strength to proactively keep others informed, expressing ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form.
When deal with requirement gathering, you have the power to design a realistic job preview program that bridges opportunity and expectations. Assembling accurate and detailed job postings and descriptions. To achieve this, you will need to be responsible for periodic contact with stakeholders to ensure quality service and performance of recruitment operational delivery.
We trust your proven HR experience has given you the capability to conduct telephone and face to face interviews with candidates at all levels. Documenting findings in a valid, legal and consistent manner. Negotiating compensation and extending employment offers. Making employment recommendations based on company policy and regulations.
*Updating the recruitment database consistently to ensure accurate reporting of candidate activity.
*Employee probation management, training plan, competency & qualification promotion.
*Participate in annual team building activities, help the company to create great atmosphere as a leading multi-cultural international organisation.
*Bachelor degree in business or psychology with majors in business, marketing, HR, or organizational psychology or above.
*More than 8 years' work experience, ideally in recruitment role, resign process, employee relationship, familiar with German labour law.
*Advanced recruiting and placement skills, including knowledge of state-of-the art sourcing and data-mining tools and techniques and seasoned networking capabilities
*Excellent verbal and written bilingual (German and English) language skills are essential.
