Job Description

A wonderful career opportunity to join one of the fastest growing Tech and Communications companies in France and due to continued growth of their business requires a HR Business Partner to act as the member of the business management team and delivery their HR objectives for 2017 for their Consumer Business Group department.

Tasks include:

*Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes (Recruitment for device department, training plan, career development plan, employee benefit plan etc.).
*Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally.
*Builds a strong business relationship with the internal clients.
*Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks.
*Recruits personally the key talents for the internal clients.
*Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees.
*Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management.
*Designs and maintain organisation vitality charts as the performance of the business unit improves.
*Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions.
*Challenges the organisational structure of the internal client and proposes changes.

*Previous experience in Human Resources Management.
*FMCG, consumer electronics, especially mobile phone industry is preferred.
*Project Management and Change Management Skills.
*Labour Law Knowledge Skills.
*Proactive attitude with strong problem solving skills.
*Must be able to pick up the procedures fast which means they can optimise the procedures.
*Super good at execution, must not be too proud to roll up sleeves to do whatever it takes.
*Change-orientated and display greater willingness to take risks and operate outside the comfort zones for improving performance.
*Need strong communication skills and confidence to be able to give lines managers confidence of delivery.
*Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive and a real team player.
*Complex organisations experience, and also experience of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
*You will need to be fluent in Chinese (Mandarin), French and English for this role.
*Bachelor degree and above or equivalent recruitment industry experience.
