As incident manager, you will be responsible for managing incidents, especially P1/P2, to meet contractual SLA and make the customer be happy of the whole process of issue handling. You will produce complete reports for major incident review and incident trend analysis. You will have the opportunities to build a strong relationship with your clients who are world leading game players.
*8+ years' work experience with 4+ year's incident management experience in telecom domain.
*Deep understanding of ITIL. Basic mobile network knowledge, and software, especially Billing/CRM, is preferred.
*Bachelor degree or above in relevant industry
