Role
You will be based in their Italian office, working within a small, diverse, team and engage with varied projects for different enterprises such as governments, banks and universities, etc. You will be working on a variety of these projects between 1 week - 3 months so opportunity to work across many companies and industries.
You will create and deliver Proof of Concept (POC) test and certification test in pre-sale phase as well as manage operation of hardware/software validation, installation and commissioning.
You will need to establish training to customer/partner in product and technology area, and be responsible for the network design\optimise\consult, technical solutions review, technical implementation, or technical support of the project, and offer and remote support to onsite technical problems.
Experience
*Master level of storage, servers, data center and cloud technologies
*Bachelor/Master degree in telecom, computer or electronic field
*Good understanding of Operation Systems such as: UNIX, LINUX, WINDOWS AND WINDOWS SERVER, and data base: Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, VM Ware
*Must have hands-on experience in IT service delivery, system design, data migration, etc
*5 years or above experience in relevant area
*Good written & verbal communication skills in English and Italian
*You must be a real team player with a hard-working attitude
*Strong analytical and problem solving skills
*Experience in Windows or UNIX is preferred
*Certificate of EMC is preferred
