Key Account Manager - IT recruitment

 

We are looking for a key account manager to manage an esteemed UK PLC account managing a fast-moving account placing high value IT Contractors (from PM’s BA’s Software Engineering’s, Testers and more) across multiple roles in the UK.  You’ll be working fully remote with some occasional onsite with clients in London and enjoy working independently but with the right technology to support your success.

 


Key performance indicators

 

  • Growing the consultants within the business to 20+ within 12 months, 30+ within 18 months
  • To have a high satisfaction score from the key stakeholders in the business you’ll need to work with
  • Participate in all qualifying requirements for project consultants and make notes on specific requirement needs within our CRM (bullhorn)
  • Able to write compelling adverts to attract the right candidates
  • Responding to requirements within 48 hours and sourcing and through our CRM with over 100,000 candidates as well as LinkedIn recruiter and our social sourcing platforms
  • Provide shortlist and manage the interview process through to onboarding
  • Bi-weekly check-ins with our consultants and documented feedback on our CRM
  • Building long term relationships with the business and supporting team members in the procurement of project resources
  • Respond to candidates in a timely manager provided by our sourcing team to support you in a long list and respond to inbound responses to our email and text campaigns

 

Experience

  • You'll have at least 3 years of experience in Account Management or 360 Recruitment within an IT Agency environment with experience in resourcing for IT candidates looking to manage a high paced major account
  • You'll have exceptional client-facing skills and the ability to build long term relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • You'll have exceptional resourcing skills and be able to craft great campaigns as well as use the phone to source and engage with great candidates
  • You'll enjoy working independently with the ability to plan your own day with the support of other teams members where required

 

This will be a remote role based in the UK with some occasional onsite at clients sites in London.

We will provide you with a laptop, headset and up to £1000 for a home office set up as well.
