Job Description

Our client is a leading Telecoms operator in Sweden. Due to business demand they require a Network support technician to work with incident management & customer support of Networking WAN services (IP VPN, E-VPN, Internet).


Manage customer communications in all cases, incoming calls, status updates, ready reports
Troubleshooting with access providers
Dispatch field technologies and spare parts in incident management
Collaborate to ensure that deviations in service can be managed by Support
Cooperate in the development of support systems and service portfolios


Higher Education in Network / Data Communication
1-2 years of experience with similar services including network support like WAN services
Fluent Swedish and English speaker
A strong customer focus - professional, business, talented / committed communicator

This is an intial 3 month contract however a longer term contract is highly likely
