The candidate will be responsible for technical support for our LAN / WLAN services on the B2B part of the business.
The role will be Managing customer communications and delivering a solution to them, dispatching the field teams to incidents, managing customer expectations and assist with and collaborate development of the systems and services offered.
1-2 Years of experience.
Good knowledge of TCP / IP, routing and switching .
Strong Swedish and English both written and spoken.
A strong customer focus.
Higher Education in Network/Data Communications is a plus
CCNA/CCNP is a plus.
