Order Fulfilment Coordinator
We are currently looking for a Coordinator who will be supervising, supporting, controlling and / or processes of tasks, activities and procedures in order to help the internal and external customer or product partner. You will be the point of contact for various support departments within the company and a supporting role in relation to the various sales channels.
*Collecting, processing and editing tasks and orders, in order to enable them to proceed in a technically feasible manner.
*Preparing, defining and following subcontracts to internal and external parties in order to monitor and / or realize the agreed agreements, delivery terms, SLAs.
*Continuously inform stakeholders about status, quality, progress of tasks in order to optimize collaboration between services
*Keep the as-built documentation of delivered services up to date.
*Collect and report lead times to internal and external clients, CPM, Leaders, to monitor whether the implementation process is efficient.
*Rotate in pool tasks to support the delivery of certain products and / or services
*Analysis of our IT systems used to support future IT releases. Understanding links and / or links between resources from our network inventory and the associated customer information.
*Technical telecom knowledge: ISDN, SIP, Internet and IP knowledge.
*Learning IT systems quickly and analytical thinking is a must.
*A smooth personality and good communication skills (also by phone)
*Problem solver and self-employed
*Customer and result oriented with an eye for quality.
*Knowledge MS Office
*English, Dutch and French lanuage
