Job Description
My client is a leading communications company. They are looking for a Pega systems Architect to join the business for a new implementation of the Pega product suite starting with
Case management and agent desktop.
Role:
*Working closely with the business stakeholders to define the design solution
*Build components within the agreement framework
*Provide guidance to the application testing team
*Provide support for the local onsite teams with limited product experience
Experience
*3 years plus experience of design and build with Pega Solutions
*Experience of agent desktop and case management implementation
*Strong stakeholder management
*Excellent communications skills in English
This will be a 12 month contract with potential to extend in Switzerland.
