Main purpose of the role/project:
Identity and access management project linked with Salesforce in B2B environment. The Product owner (agile) is required to liaise between business needs and technical teams.
The role required strong knowledge of IAM (and SSO etc)
The Product Owner develops and maintains a vision for the product and is responsible for communicating that vision to the scrum development team.
Key duties: Product Owner in agile environment
*Understand the vision of the product from the point of view of the customer, end user or stakeholders
*Translating the business requirements into technical requirements (working with business and technical teams)
*Understand the business domain (IAM) and the feature/requirement in question from point of view of end user
*Develop scope document/user stories that guides agile development team
*Solve problems, make decisions, complete trade off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments
*Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.
*Act as an ambassador for the product between business and technical teams and act as the primary business technical contact for queries related to the product
*Participating in scrum meetings
* 1. IAM expertise
o Familiar with the most common features and capabilities of IAM, e.g. identity provisioning, authentication, authorization, session control, SSO, Hierarchy, privileges, etc.
o This experience should prevent the common pitfalls in I&AM development tracks.
o The client has a multiple market set up with different (legacy) landscape, experience in such an environment is a preferable
o Common features for B2B like multi-site services, hierarchy, strong authentication (or flexible security setting) etc. are very specific.
