Program Manager - for Change and Transformation - Financial projects
Very interested in speaking with Program managers with the following skills:
5+ years experience of change management, ideally on finance projects such as procure to pay, order to cash etc.
Experience of working across pan European shared services or international environment.
Senior Stakeholder management experience
Experience within a consumer products / manufacturing company is advantageous
Strong communication skills - English is essential.
Must be prepared to travel for a couple of days per month - within Europe.
For this role we are looking for someone who has a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Finance), additional project management or Finance certification is a plus
*Overall responsibility for project execution (based on design) managing quality, costs, time and people
*Managing effective and enjoyable collaboration between project team members, process managers, OpCo representatives and IT
*Preparing and enforcing decision making and risk management and escalation
*Continuously refine the project approach based on learnings to fit the transformation strategy
*Jointly drive and execute engagement with stakeholders.
*Act as primary point of contact for the team and stakeholders concerning project planning, decision making (documentation) and deliverables.
*Manage the project interaction with other projects and operational performance
*Engage the functional organisation to align on planning, capacities and delivery
*Share and celebrate best practices
*Coach the project team members
*Stimulate learning and continuous improvement by evaluations and direct interventions
*Connect team members to collaborate and align on progress
