Your role will be to lead this major transformation programm and from their existing systems and operations across multiple countries.
-Manage all aspects of the delivery programme, covering technology implementation and business change, ensuring that the solutions are properly implemented to plan and the associated business benefits are achieved.
-Define and build the core team required to deliver the programme.
-Coordinate the Technology aspects of the delivery with the various other Technology teams and manage third party suppliers as appropriate.
-Work along-side the Change Director to ensure that the operational organisation's needs are met and the necessary organisational and process changes are implemented successfully.
-In areas where shared services models are to be implemented, work with the Operational Change Director in defining and coordinating the organisation and processes required to support the shared services, and the migration approach.
-Working with the key stakeholders across Content Technology, Product and Finance across all businesses, define and agree the programme approach and implementation plan, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
-Establish effective working relationships with key stakeholders including the implementation of formal feedback mechanisms. Develop two-way communication channels at all levels. Close collaboration with colleagues will be required, to ensure that global processes are applied and maintained.
-Ensure all risks and issues are mitigated and appropriately communicated to stakeholders and governance forums.
-Control the programme costs within the agreed budgets, ensuring that all the necessary approval processes are adhered to.
-Organise and chair the necessary Programme Boards, and represent the programme at the Executive Steering Group.
-You must have a track record of successful implementations, in a Programme Manager / Director role, in a Broadcast multinational environment
-Very good understanding of the technologies and business processes associated within the Broadcast sector.
-Ability to operate in an agile environment, where requirements are met through iterative development and value is delivered at each stage.
-Ability to operate in an environment where the majority of delivery resources report to other functional areas within the business.
-Ability to present strategies and plans in a clear and concise manner to a variety of stakeholders and interested parties.
-Experience with best-practice Programme Governance with experience reporting into the exec steering group
