Programme Delivery Manager

To manage the designated programme through all relevant stages of its lifecycle from initiation through to closure and post implementation review by applying appropriate formal programme management methods including exec level stakeholder management, risk and issue management, scope control and programme monitoring. This will include some or all of the following depending upon the nature, size and composition of the programme:
Role:
*To initiate and manage the production of initiation documents for the proposed programme, and to facilitate expert end to end input to the process, co-ordinating relevant input from across the organisation to do so.
*To prepare a detailed forecast of all the programme related costs, liaising with all required parties to gather the most accurate estimates possible and commitment on agreed spend.
*To input to the prioritisation of the programme within the overall roadmap of work.
*To work with the relevant functions to specify the resource requirements for each stage of the programme and ensure these can be provided from an end to end perspective.
*To ensure a detailed programme plan is developed and maintained, identifying key milestones, tasks, priorities, dependencies and responsibilities.
Experience


*Experienced delivery manager having worked in full matrix environment.
*Having covered E2E delivery scope for Network Engineering, Digital, BSS, OSS, device design and roll out.
*Has worked in an environment managing mainly internal resources with line managers and directors.
*Media, Telco, Network Roll out, Propositions to market involving full end-to-end programmes essential
*Experience of Broadband rollout end to end would be an asset
