Project Manager - Digital Transformation

I am looking for a Netherlands based Project Manager with good experience of digital/software transformation to lead a move to a cloud based solution.

You will have:
5+ years experience in software change and transformation
Agile/Scrum experience
Experience of leading development teams through change
Strong Stakeholder management experience
Strong leadership
Excellent communications skills
Project Management certification (PMP, Prince etc.)
Vendor Management
Previous experience of Cloudsense is advantageous
