My client is a leading international telecommunications service provider that is urgently looking for a Project Manager focus on the FTTH area. who will be managing the project which worth for €100 million. This position will be based in Rome, Italy.
Based in Rome Italy, support key Fibre Projects focus on their key account in Rome. The purpose of this role is to work in their new project and manage a team.
*Responsible for providing project management, leadership and coordination of a FTTH infrastructure project. Accountable for implementing the program scope, on time, within budget, with excellent quality ensuring Customer satisfaction;
*Accountable for managing the end to end deliveries through the supply chain organisation and managing partners and subcontractor;
*Responsible for official internal and external project communications. Formal point of contact for escalation related to contract execution. Responsible for providing executive reporting for leadership re-view;
*Responsible for measuring and managing project's KPIs;
*Responsible for providing support during pre-sales phase for feasibility & proper costing, provisions, margins and scheduling for the bids.
*Responsible for change management and for providing support to the sales team in identifying, creating and pursuing new business opportunities;
*Leadership and strong Project / Product Management skills;
*Good capacity in creating strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders;
*A proven track record of leading large infrastructure projects, as well as excellent problem solving and communication skills.
*Very good knowledge of the supply chain processes and services organisation.
*Strong experience in identifying, mitigating risks and managing the impact to the budget in a timely manner. Solid and demonstrated business skills to run an efficient business unit with P&L management;
*Ability to create very high performing teams within matrix managed organisational models, and to work effectively within a team of peers.
*Fluency in English.
