Job Description

Our client require a project Manager to join their team to support a number of complex global projects supporting trade marketing, supplying chain and sales. You will be managing a number of different projects working with key stakeholders to deliver outcomes across multiple time zones.


*Identify all actions that are key to success
*Initiate the project charter with description of the project team, the scope, the deliverables and the depending milestones and execute a project kick-off meetings
*Align cross functional processes and optimise realistic timelines
*Manage project constraints (time, scope, budget, quality) and dependencies in line with project requirements
*Implement appropriate mitigation/corrective actions.
*Liaise with launch lead and launch co-sponsors to report progress
*Manage project issues, ensuring they are assigned and addressed appropriately, and escalate issues that cannot be resolved within the Core Team to the Launch Lead or ultimately to the Launch Co-Sponsors
*Manage stakeholders and conflicts, and communicate project status, milestones, and unexpected difficulties/issues effectively by presenting resolving strategies
*Manage and forecast project costs and investment

*7+ years' experience in multiple disciplines: Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing and Supply Chain.-
*Track record in leading complex projects across different channels/countries
*Project management and negotiation skills to manage internal and external stakeholders
*Ability to deal with complexity of multifunctional teams in different markets
*Excellent presentation skills including MS Power Point
*Experience in Animal Health or Pet Care is essential for this role
Start date will be late January for 12 months. You can work remotely with some travel required occasional at short notice in Europe.
