Candidates should have a strong Telecoms background particularly within the Broadband or Fixed Line domains.
Experience of Provisioning and assurance would be highly beneficial.
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the successful initiation, control and closure of network improvement projects in line with the organisation's project management methodology and procedures.
*Identify opportunity for improvements
*Initiate new projects, from concept to Business Case approval
*Manage the project through all relevant stages of their lifecycle from initiation through to project closure and post implementation review
*Risks and issues management
*Previous experience in Telecoms, in particular Broadband &/or fixed telephony
*Ability to initiate, lead and manage Change across multiple teams
*Ability to identify quick wins which bring in operational efficiencies and improve service performance
*Hold process improvement workshops across multiple teams
*Ability to deep dive, challenge the status quo of complex processes or non-value add activities across and within various functions
*Ability to map simple to complex processes and present a cohesive view
*Define KPIs for monitoring key processes and improvements delivered
*Establish process control methods to flag early warning
*Ability to handle and resolve conflicts
*Proficient with MS Project, Excel and Powerpoint.
*Strong verbal and communication skills.
