My client is going through a major transformation implementing new digital platforms to enable them to provide a better customer experience and delivery their product quicker to market implementing new (e-commerce/Magento, CMS, Web-self-care) with Agile development methodology.)
This is a three-country implementation and you will be based out of Riga, Latvia with regular travel during the week to other countries in Europe.
Candidate should be able to manage international (distributed) teams and stakeholders on all levels (from technical/development leads and product owners to C-level executives). In addition, we expect him/her to practice usual project management routines:
* To create budget/time/resource plans, to follow-up costs/progress and to report status regularly
* To provide recommendations and basis for decisions to the steering committee
* To capture project / business risks and to mitigate those throughout the project lifecycle
* To manage scope changes
* To secure handover to the line business
You will be an experience Project Manager with min 5 years' experience with hands on experience implementing e-commerce platforms, ideally across multiple countries.
You will be experience in working with and driving deliveries for international / distributed teams and stakeholders on all levels (from technical/development leads and product owners to C-level executives).
You must be fluent in English for this role.
