You will be setting up continuous feedback runs from different channels (service center, mechanics, stores, web) towards marketing and back. You will also ensure that support info is available across all channels (via website and forum and telephone, fb customer service). Further inventory of improvement points helps you manage the work better with an efficient process and you will need to establish a two-week operational (substantive) reporting to monitor and improve transactional NPS. One of the job milestone will be to determine which form the company shall continue by follow calibration points after month 1 and month 3.
*Higher professional education or above
*Able to work independently
*Able to think at process level
*Can work project wise
*Motivating people into the project result
*Experience with call centers and customer experience is a must
*Telecommunication experience is an advantage
