The HR department currently employs 24 people and they are responsible for the business and operational support of the managers regarding coaching, payroll, competence development and trade negotiations for more than 1700 employees.
There are five recruiters who are primarily responsible for project management of the company's entire recruitment. Together, they create a security and support for the company's executives throughout the recruitment process through clear project management.
-As a recruiter, you will be responsible for many different types of recruitment processes at different levels and different parts of the organization.
-Together with your recruiting manager, you will plan and implement the entire recruitment process.
-You will develop adverts, make selection, conduct interviews, conduct testing, manage references, and be responsible for contract management.
-At least three years of experience in independently working with recruitment processes and recruitment management for a larger organization or at a recruitment company.
-Education in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
-You speak and write Swedish and English unobtrusively.
