Corporate Recruiter

My Client is a leading international telecommunications service provider that is urgently looking for a Corporate Recruiter. This role will be based in Reading, UK. Supporting internal recruitment projects and to enhance the internal delivery ability.

Main Responsibilities:

*Handle the research, define a sourcing strategy, manage advertising, organize HR managers and interviews, as well as the final negotiations;
*Support and advise managers. You can also organize training about recruitment best practices
*Ensure compliance with Group procedures for recruitment, meet the different processes and documents
*Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
*Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
*Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
*Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
*Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranges travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews; arranging community tours.

*Proven IT and Telecommunication recruiting experience
*Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency based, stress etc)
*Hands on experience with various selection processes (,phone interviewing, reference check etc)
*Ability to organise assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests etc)
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong decision making skills
*Excellent ability to work as a team, with managers and to work in a multicultural environment
