Responsibilities:

*Responsible for overall customer relationship improvement, management and new customer relationship establishment.
*Explore for opportunities to achieve sales target with pre-sales team
*Organise high-level summit, business seminars, customer activities, training, invite customers for company visit, attending industry related exhibitions, participating in customer's activities, etc;
*Make account plans and marketing initiatives on a quarterly basis;
*Ensure good understanding of customers' requirements, responsible for sales project team establishment, define strategies and ensure a successful project;
*Responsible for credit collection with the Finance team;
*Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profit.

Requirements:

*Minimum 8 years sales, account management experience in ICT/Telecom industry with proven record, working in Telecom Vendor or Operator and also the knowledge in German market is a must.

*Experience with Nokia, Huawei, Ericsson or Deutsche Telekom, Vodafone is a plus.

*Strong abilities and excellence in interpersonal skills, customer relationship establishment, communications.

*Familiar with international trading, international law, business & sales management principles, credit collection, finance management, bidding procedures etc;

*Must be responsible, ambitious, energetic, independent, and able to work well in a cross-culture, fast changing and high pressure environment;

*Strong sense of team work, team leadership, strategic thinking, business & market oriented thinking is preferred;

*Be fluent in speaking German and English as well as good in writing.
