Job Description
Are you experienced working Data migrations within fast moving international complex organisations? I'm looking for a Business Analyst to join an exciting programme in the process of moving from legacy applications to Google Cloud.
Role Objectives
*Act as the principal liaison between business stakeholders and the technology department.
*Assist with development of business requirements and functional specifications
*Work closely with business to determine the true nature of the business problem they are trying to solve and work with technical teams to find a technical solution.
*Maintain expert knowledge of the data platform and its various integrations.
Experience
*If you can do the above you've probably got what it takes
*Previous BA experience in a Data Warehouse or big data environment is essential
*Experience working in large, complex technical delivery environments
*Proven track record in dealing with senior stakeholders across multiple European territories
*Analytical and process-based skills, i.e. process flow diagrams, business & process modelling, data analysis
*Proven experience managing a large scale migration from legacy systems to the cloud
*Ability to gain a deep understanding of system & data architecture and end-to-end flows across multiple systems
*Exceptional communication skills - articulate and concise, both in writing and verbally
*Ideally experience of Google Cloud otherwise AWS or Azure in a complex international environment
This role will be remote but there may be some onsite required in future in London.
Start will be in January 2021
