Job Description

Role

You will work alongside a small, agile, team of engineers and technologists, and be responsible for the enterprise project (include Router & Switch & Security & WIFI and IT product) as a TD/TE, as well as carry on all the middle projects and act as a PM.
You will manage the network design\optimise\consult, technical solutions review, technical implementation, or technical support of the project.
Finally, you will support professional service sales and delivery and also product training to partners and customers.

Experience

Experience of working in the Datacom product (Router& Switch & Security & WIFI) testing and technical services for more than 5 years
Either a degree or 5 years working experience within Master datacomm protocols common principles and configuration (VLAN,STP/RSTP/MSTP, RIP,OSPF, ISIS,BGP, MPLS, VPN, SNMP,802.1x,WLAN etc) or equivalent experience
Knowledge of (Scrum, Kanban etc.), using agile tracking tools (e.g. Pivotal Tracker, Trello)
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Excellent inter-personal, communication and documentation skills
You must be fluent in both French and English for this
