Role responsibilities include:
*Lead and manage projects from beginning to end, including project initiation, project scoping and planning and project closure
*Maintain regular and effective communication with all customers and relevant stakeholders both internally and externally, typically Programme/Operations Director level
*Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and assumptions and identify solutions
*Ensure project profitability, quality of deliverables and client satisfaction is achieved
*Accurately forecast revenue, profitability, margins and utilisation
*Actively participate in pre-sales and produce project contractual documents such as Statements of Work (SOW), project scoping and estimation, proposal creation and contract preparations
*Develop full scale project plans for all various phases which include all activities and costs to ensure successful delivery (including resourcing)
*Ensure budget proposals are created and in line with budgetary requirements
*Continually manage project dependencies and critical path
*Plan, schedule and track project timelines milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools
*Deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
*Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues and risk, and devise contingency plans to get the project back on track
*Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle
*Estimate the required resources with the relevant skills needed to deliver projects in line with budget
*Identify, determine and assess if there is a need for additional resource and recruit if necessary
*Senior Project Manager with a background in end to end BSS Software Delivery (Billing, Charging, Self-Care, Data Warehousing)
*5 Years minimum experience of end to end BSS Software Delivery (at least 3 projects delivered)
*Hard hitting from Telco industry
*Strong customer facing and proven experience of engaging at C Level
