Senior Service Manager - ITIL - Amsterdam

My client are looking for a Senior Service Manager that is happy to travel when required to other offices.

You will work on two projects:

1. Implement and improve the OPS side of the work of the DevOps teams. Helping and coaching the teams.

2. Improve ITSM processes and increase stability together with colleagues of Shared Operations in other locations. Including taking care of the day-to-day (major) incidents in that domain.

The perfect candidate:
- loves a challenge and stays cool
- knows everything about ITIL
- has more than 5 years of relevant experience
- is fluent in English
- Happy with regular foreign travel
