Job Description

My client is looking for an ITIL experienced Service Manager / Support Management professional to implement a system/application support function and the relevant process, and procedures around release management and change management.

The system is a travel and expense system and ideally you will have had some exposure to similar procu

Duties include:
Recommending and introducing an end to end support function for the system that enables the efficient resolution of technical issues (user issues) as well as integration issues.
Setting up process and procedure around Change Management
Setting up process and procedure around Release Management
Setting up and putting in place Governance around the system
Implementing Problem Management and Incident management functions

Skill requirements:
Some exposure to reservation or hotel/flight booking systems
Service management from saas perspective
Good stakeholder management experience
Vendor management
Experience of creating/implementing process for change management
Experience of creating/implementing process for Incident Management
