Job Description
The software delivery manager coaches their scrum teams for the development, testing and release of software.
The software delivery manager has quality as one of his key focuses and will be coaching high performing teams to become better than they ever were.
Next to that the delivery manager aligns with the main stakeholders - product owners, project managers and program managers to determine the right capacity needed to delivery for their programs or projects.
The software delivery manager assures timely scaling up or down with our delivery partners.
Finally the delivery manager ensures a succesfull release of sprints and has continuous delivery as a prime goal for his teams. The teams are working in a DevOps construction where they can delivery autonomously.
This role will require European travel
