Solution Sales Manager - (Safe City/ Smart City)

My client is a leading international telecommunications service provider that is urgently looking for a Solution Sales Manager - Safe City who will be responsible for West European Region projects. This position will be based in Rome, Italy.

Job location:
Based in Rome, Italy, support key Smart City projects focusing on government and public sectors in WEU region, international travel is required. The purpose of this role is to work in European Safe City/Smart City Solution Sales team, deeply understand the industry and European customers, guide market developing strategy, forward technology and skill to team members, enhance the branding influence on smart city projects and keep company's leadership in this area.

Main Responsibilities:
*Technical responsible for government and public safety solutions in Enterprise market, familiar
with IT architecture, Datacom network solution, video surveillance, big data, could vitalisation, critical communication, top applications, etc.
*Following trends and market requirements to define promotion strategy in specific areas.
*Identify key customer requirements and define the right solution to meet these requirements.
*Track and solve technical issues with customers.
*Explore sales opportunity, cultivate, allocate and coordinate resources to improve the projects with successful rate.
*Develop and strengthen customer relationship by organising various marketing activities.
*Promote enterprise products and solutions in enterprise market, especially for public safety product and solution.
*Cooperate with account managers and other technical sales team for solution sales, and Support the requirements from Business Unit.
*Define solution/product sales strategy and implement through frequent communications with customers.
*Taking tasks in customer analysis, solution presentation/bidding, industry strategy planning as well as managing internal resource to better serves the market target related to the key account customer.
*Report to WEU regional vertical solution sales director and support for Customer Visit.


*Working experience: At least 8 years working experiences in government filed with successful projects. Practice experiences in public sector solution design and presales or post-sales technical support are preferably; able to organise and fulfil high-level workshop with industry consulting companies
*Flexibility and teamwork, ability of engineering management.
*Good self-study competence, rapid new knowledge understanding and mastery.
*Self-motivated, results-driven and eager to win business.
*Good cooperation and communication skills in a multi-culture environment Jobs; Excellent project coordination skills and able to handle multiple tasks, priorities & time deadlines simultaneously;
*Experience in Safe City, Smart City or Public City is a must
*Experience with IBM, Cisco, Selex, Accenture or Finmeccanica etc will be a plus
