*Design and implement local talent acquisition program based on business priorities across all recruitment channels both internally and externally.
*Set up the talent acquisition process, building up the connections and networking with external partners and ICT players, with the purpose to map the ICT talents on the market.
*Look at ways to influence and streamline the recruiting process and work with a 100% proactive recruiting approach.
*Drive forward improvements in talent sourcing, interview evaluation and talent selection methodologies and tools.
*Focus on high quality process around the recruitment process to give the candidates and partners a fantastic experience enhancing our brand, optimizing the channel strategy and coordinating the resources assigned.
*Acting as a brand ambassador to the candidates we interview whether it results in a placement or not.
*Able to qualify the needs from the line manager, gain commitment for the hiring process and able to push back when required.
*Set up partner briefings either via phone, video or face to face.
*Implement the most innovative recruiting function, toward social media, high-end suppliers, top universities and networking tools.
*Campus recruitment: design and implement an effective program aimed to enhance our Employer Branding toward fresh graduates.
*Need to be able to work within the company's operational recruitment rules but able to influence and improve time processes, time to hire and the overall candidate experience.
*Recruitment experience with IT, semiconductor, telecom, or similar sectors in a corporate international environment.
*At least 5 years in recruitment of high technical profiles with the ability to manage end to end process.
*Proactive attitude with strong problem solving skills.
*Must be able to pick up the procedures fast which means they can optimise the procedures.
*Super good at execution, must not be too proud to roll up sleeves to do whatever it takes.
*Change-orientated and display greater willingness to take risks and operate outside the comfort zones for improving recruitment process.
*Must be able to use Excel and PowerPoint for daily reporting and presentations to a high level.
*Need strong communication skills and confidence to be able to give lines managers confidence of delivery.
*Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive and a real team player.
*You'll be hands on and doing the daily job but will also manage the overview of the whole recruitment process.
*Able to look at forecast of when budgets released.
*Complex organisations experience, and also experience of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
*Experience as a manager or Team Lead managing a small team of recruiters setting daily priorities and how to solve it.
*You will need to be fluent in Dutch and English for this role. Skill of speaking French is a huge plus.
*Bachelor degree and above or equivalent recruitment industry experience.
*Willing to travel occasionally for recruitment events.
