* You will be responsible for leading, motivating and developing a team of Internal Account Managers in the field of coaching, evaluation, recruitment, etc.;
* You will support and encourage your team to optimize their sales opportunities;
* You will monitor the department's key performance indicators and report this to management;
* You will take initiatives to promote the operation of the sales department so that it benefits the sales result;
* You will provide both sales and technical training;
* You will function as an escalation channel for your sellers and business customers.
* You have a minimum of 5 years of people management experience;
* You have an affinity with and knowledge of the B2B telecom world so that you can manage the Internal Account Managers optimally;
* You have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent;
* You communicate, follow up and take actions to achieve the team goals;
* You are an excellent team player and customer oriented.
