Job Description

Are you confident enough with your communication skills? Fluent in German? Has interest and good understanding of Wireless industry? My client, leading ICT company is looking for an exceptional candidate to take an eagle view of their current wireless project with a leading Telecom operator in Germany.

You will have great international exposure and C-Suite experience. The customer relationship will be in your capable hands with timely improvement and new establishment. You will need to stay closer to the business and your customer and pick up deals to achieve your sales or pre- sales targets.

Responsibilities:
*Make account plans and marketing initiatives on a quarterly basis;
*Ensure good understanding of customers' requirements, responsible for sales project team establishment, define strategies and ensure a successful project;
*Responsible for credit collection with the Finance team;
*Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit;
*Organise high-level summit, business seminars, customer activities, training, invite customers for company visit, attending industry related exhibitions, participating in customer's activities.

Experiences:
*Minimum 8 years' sales experience in ICT industry with proven record, working experience in German operator or telecommunication vertical market is preferred;
*Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication/ Electrical/ Computer Science or related field of study;
*Strong abilities and excellence in interpersonal skills, customer relationship establishment, communications and CRM management;
*Familiar with international trading, international law, business & sales management principles, credit collection, finance management, bidding procedures etc;
*Be fluent in speaking German and English as well as good in writing.
