Creating lasting change in a team is a challenge that you as a leader must embrace. While quick fixes and temporary solutions might yield short-term results, the true measure of leadership lies in the ability to instigate change that endures. Here are some ideas to help you create lasting change in your team.
Set a Clear Vision
The first step in initiating lasting change is to define a clear vision for your team. This vision should be inspiring, realistic and relatable. It needs to provide a sense of purpose and direction for the people in your team. When everyone understands where you're heading, they are more likely to commit to the change.
Communication is Key
