Senior Account Manager: IT Recruitment

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to manage an esteemed UK PLC account managing a fast-moving account placing high value IT Contractors (from Project Manager, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, Software Engineers, Testers and more) across multiple locations in the UK.  In addition to managing and growing this account (about 75% of your time), you’ll be identifying and developing similar new clients to deliver contractors.  You’ll be working fully remote and enjoy working independently but with the right technology to support your success.

Key performance objectives

Growing the contractors/consultants within the business to 20+ within 12 months
To have a high satisfaction score from the key stakeholders in the business you’ll need to work with
Participate in all qualifying requirements for project consultants and make notes on specific requirement needs within our CRM (bullhorn)
Able to write compelling adverts to attract the right candidates
Writing compelling email campaigns using our automation platform to save you time
Responding to requirements within 48 hours and sourcing using our CRM with over 120,000 candidates as well as a LinkedIn recruiter and our social sourcing platforms
Provide shortlist and manage the interview process through to onboarding
Work in conjunction with our outsourced delivery team, providing direction and managing quality control for shortlisted candidates
Respond to candidates in a timely manager provided by our sourcing team to support you in a long list and respond to inbound responses to our email and text campaigns
Fortnightly check-ins with our consultants and document feedback on our CRM
Building long term relationships with the business and supporting team members in the procurement of project resources


Experience

If you've done something similar in an IT recruitment agency environment and have the right drive, you've probably got what it takes.  
You'll be confident and experienced expanding existing accounts and confident to develop new ones
You'll have exceptional client-facing skills and the ability to build long term relationships with stakeholders at all levels
You'll have exceptional resourcing skills and be able to craft great campaigns as well as use the phone to source and engage with great candidates
You'll enjoy working independently with the ability to plan your own day with the support of other teams members where required
