Service Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our team for an exciting contract opportunity to manage the implementation and BAU support of a large-scale Oracle ERP financials and supply chain system. This role will involve implementing and running the system at the same time, while providing Level 2 and 3 support, including advanced customer support, for a range of custom integrations and Oracle analytics cloud. Incident management and service improvement will also be key responsibilities, accounting for 50% of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist implementation of a large-scale Oracle ERP financials and supply chain system, working closely with the clients and partners to ensure seamless delivery of the project.
- Provide Level 2 and 3 support for a range of custom integrations and Oracle analytics cloud.
- Manage the BAU support of the system, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
- Manage incident management processes and procedures including escalation, identification, response, communication, and closure of incidents, as well as implementing proactive measures to prevent future incidents.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and implement initiatives to improve the quality and efficiency of the service delivery.
- Ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the client and internal stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates to the client and internal stakeholders on the progress of the project.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in managing large-scale ERP implementations, ideally Oracle ERP financials and supply chain systems.
- Experience in providing Level 2 and 3 support for complex ERP systems.
- Strong understanding o cloud technologies including custom integrations.
- Experience in incident management processes and procedures including escalation, identification, response, communication, and closure of incidents.
- Experience in identifying opportunities for service improvement and implementing initiatives to improve the quality and efficiency of service delivery.
- Strong experience in managing multiple stakeholders and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
