We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions leveraging GE PowerOn Advantage and Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of these technologies and a proven track record of delivering complex upgrade projects.

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the overall solution architecture for projects involving GE PowerOn Advantage and ADMS
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications  
• Design and document detailed solution architectures, including data models, system interfaces, and workflows
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools for solution implementation
• Lead technical teams in the development and implementation of solutions
• Ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
• Identify and mitigate technical risks
• Continuously improve the solution architecture to enhance efficiency and performance

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Solution Architect
• In-depth knowledge of GE's PowerOn Advantage and ADMS
• Strong understanding of power and mobility network technologies
• Experience with cloud-based solutions and microservices architecture
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
